It may be hard to pull off the whole pop-punk smirk when you're well into your thirties, but these are the guys who made a hit out of "What's My Age Again?" In the eight years since Mark, Tom and Travis last recorded together, the trio has survived side projects, reality TV, public divorce, drug addiction and a near-death experience. Suffice it to say they've matured, and though Neighborhoods still has Blink's irresistible punk wail, the band's poppier inclinations are now dipped in dark coats of spacey synths and darker ruminations on ghosts, insomnia (see highlight "Up All Night") and love.
