If one band could convince Zach Braff to do a Garden State sequel, it'd be this coed Icelandic uplift-rock sextet, full of rousing, folky jams about whales, seagulls, wolves, baby lions, sharks, picturesque snowfall and generally beachiness. Nanna Bryndís Hilmarsdóttir and Ragnar "Raggi" Þórhallsson trade lovely, lovelorn lines like The xx after a restorative oceanside-resort vacation; try the horn- and "Hey!"-driven breakout single "Little Talks." Rad accordion, guys. Pretty good chance this is the Mumford & Sons of 2012.
