Having proven themselves the only pop stars able to out-sleaze Ke$ha, Colorado's electro-brats team up with her in the blatantly bubblegum "My First Kiss" -- one of several songs to mention said activity, usually with tongues. Their party pulls in distorted synths, nursery rhymes of self-contempt, show-me-yours-I'll-show-you-mine cheers, noise-crunk that disses the clubs, and an Offspring-chorused generation anthem. Twice, things get sensitive: the breakup ballad "R.I.P." and a title track built on a morose piano figure. Then 3OH!3 end declaring 2012 the era of self-love, as the sky falls.
