Throughout the '90s, Amorphis have moved from violent, vitriolic aggression to high-Gothic atmospheres. Inspired by the progressive side of Metal, they intertwine their macabre sounds with elaborate orchestrations and create spacious epics of clear instrumentation and vocals.
