Arcturus

Arcturus is a sort of revolving door, Black Metal supergroup with Sverd and Mayhem's Hellhammer at its core. Culling members of Emperor, Ulver and Ved Buens Ende, they produce magnificent Nordic Metal rife with haunting keyboards, screeching vocals, warm vocal harmonies, precision drumming and classic metal chords. Each song develops like a long narrative with dramatic twists and turns. They epitomize the epic Scandinavian Black Metal sound with technical mastery and musical drama.
