Budapest Philharmonic Orchestra

This orchestral group performs works by composers as diverse as Mozart, Mahler and Weber. They reach beautiful, fiery heights and unspeakably moving emotional depths when playing the music of fellow Hungarians such as Bartok and his contemporary Zoltan Kodaly, composers who combined early Twentieth Century modernism with Hungarian folk idioms.
