Does It Offend You, Yeah?

Does It Offend You, Yeah? are an English electronic-rock band from Reading. The four-piece is made up of Morgan Quaintance (vocals, synth, guitar), James Rushent (bass, vocals), Dan Coop (synth) and Rob Bloomfield (drums). Their fusion of dance punk and electro has drawn comparisons to Justice, Soulwax, LCD Soundsystem and !!! (chik chik chik). They took their unusual name from Ricky Gervais' character David Brent on the British comedy series The Office. The band's debut album -- with a title as unwieldy as their name, You Have No Idea What You're Getting Into -- is a patchwork of high-energy dance noise and toe-tapping indie pop.
