This was recorded in a studio for a live radio broadcast, so the sound quality is far better than a number of Gram Parsons' bootlegs out there. Put the audiophile considerations behind and you've still got some great songs; relaxed, yet energetic playing; and the shared vocals of Parsons and Emmylou Harris. Even the "feel bad" songs end up making you feel good.
