Nu metal avatars take the MTV Unplugged treatment and run with it. While they don't command the legions of 13-year-olds they did back in the Life Is Peachy years, Korn show themselves to be anything but stagnant right from the start, with a Latin-flavored take on "Blind." Longtime fans will be intrigued by the radically different versions of both old and new songs here, while newcomers (if there could actually be any) might be surprised at the band's consummate professionalism and varied technical abilities.
