As far as cover bands go, Lez Zeppelin, an all-female quartet that plays Led Zeppelin songs exclusively, certainly have a gimmick that works well. On this first record, the guitars are about perfect and singer Shannon Coley delivers Plant's lines with her own soulfulness, minus (thankfully to some) his screechy, practically silly shrieking. Clearly this band is about as fun to see live as is humanly possible, but the big question is, how many times can they keep pulling this off? We'll let you be the judge.
