A long-standing emcee from the Bay Area, Rappin' 4-Tay debuted on Too Short's Life Is...Too Short back in 1989. He's since released five solo albums, appeared on countless compilations, and worked with old school heroes like Roger Troutman and Bobby Womack. 4-Tay's rhymes stay true to the traditional player-rap formula, with saucy pimp game fundamentals set to Funk-infused tracks.
